The Sealed Heart is the Heart that imprisions the Eternal Seal boss and is used for the second and last part of the Sun Ritual that is performed at the Sun Ritual Arena. You can find a Sealed Heart somewhere at the Sanctum.

Place it on the designated space at the middle of the Sun Ritual Arena once all Occult Altars are activated and interact. As soon as you do this, the Eternal Seal boss will be summoned.
